- I like that my insurance company is conveniently located so I can stop by if I need to speak to someone. You can get maps if you are planning a trip, too. They will actually map out a driving plan for you when you tell them where you're going. I have always been very pleased with the service when we need to be towed, or need a flat tire changed.
